Can you please tell me what material this exterior wall is constructed from? Does it have some sort of cladding?

Standard grade, not sure on thickness but probably 8-10mm

Painted Hardie-plank lap siding. I believe we used a 4" lap on this project.

what material is used as the outdoor roof? was it prefab? i am in kirkland and looking for an outdoor room like that

The material of the roof is a product called polygal. It comes in sheets. The gazebo you see was a custom fabrication.
