My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The ceramic jar is from Bali and I located it at a small import company in Elmsford, NY which is now out of business. I drilled a hole in the bottom and created the fountain with a pump, pipe, and waterproof plastic pond liner placed under the urn for recirculating the water. This needs to be taken in and stored in winter or the ceramic pot will crack. More at www.WestoverLD.com

    Thanks Diana! My client found that color and painted the chairs...great for a memorable pop of color. Since this is the front yard, everyone knows the house with the blue chairs.
