I need advice please. We are purchasing a home that has solid red oak floors stained a dark honey color in the newer part of the home.
The rest of the home connected by a hallway has a small white tile we would like to replace. What flooring would you recommend that would make a good transition?
Budget is a consideration.
Do we use a different color wood? Do we use tile?
