I'm working on a 1967 ranch remodel to modern and like your look very much and too are on tight budget. Could you tell me good economical source of exposed A/C duct and short description on how you mounted and finished plywood sheets?

Were any screws used on this ceiling? If not, how were the plywood panels held up on the ceiling while the glue set?
