Need help with this 1969 ranch. Want to paint brick and update the small amount of siding. However, roof will not be redone (to a darker color) for about two years. Ultimately would like toupee or cream color painted brick, same color siding, dark gray shutters, black window boxes and a red door. Can I do this with the current white roof or should the entire update wait until roof is done?
