My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    And is that reclaimed wood & weathered cedar shakes on the main house? Where can I purchase them from? The colors are beautiful. Thanks.

    The house is a combination of Western Red Cedar shakes and White Oak ship lap boards. Both are new material that weather fast because of the wind and salt water in the area. You can also get a similar look with reclaimed barn wood in place of the oak. It would be best for you to source lumberyards and wood distributors in your area.
