Consider building a clip on cover that could be covered with tiling brick (that thin veneer stuff) or fakestone, paneling to match the siding, or stucco texturing. Another is to put lattice or trellis over it (again make it removeable if needed). Discuss with your condo neighbor or neighbors what might be more preferable and give them alternatives you're considering.
