My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Paint color?

What is the name of the green/blue paint color? Thanks.

    We did not add anything to the paint. However, the color on your monitor and also even in the photographs is not exactly the same as the paint in reality. I always suggest painting a piece of plywood as a test when you are trying out colors for exterior painting.

      Try Sherwin Williams Rainwashed (SW6211) or Quietude (SW 6212). I have Rainwashed in my bedroom and it's much more than the chip looks like it would be. It's green by itself, but I have blue curtains which completely changes it to a blue green.

      The lap siding and dormer shingles are Pratt Lambert Gravel. The second floor shingles are Sherwin Williams Dried Thyme SW6186

      The sashes are P&L spectrum brown. The porch and stairs are wood.
