My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi, thanks for your question. The floors are pre-finished, 5" wide planks of American Hickory. The stain color is Burnished Copper. This floor is available in both engineered and solid hardwood planks by Private Reserve: Mendocino Collection/Hand Sculpted. When this project was completed in Dec 2012 the list pricing was: $12.95/sf engineered and $13.95/sf solid wood. I hope this information is helpful! Gail Monica Dent

    Yes, I can give you two dimensions. The total kitchen is 12' 7" by 16' 10". If you do not include the pantry wall to the right and end the kitchen at the island column the room is then 12' 7" by 11' 5". The refrigerator wall is the 12' 7" wall. I hope this is helpful to you.
