Either will work - What do you prefer?

I like white but was worried with it being the only white cabinet and since the tile is white it might look odd.

My suggestion would be to build your pantry to look more like a piece of furniture, or better yet, find a piece of furniture that you love that would work in both form and function. That way you would be investing your $ in something that you could take with you. Either way you will have something that will add some style and keep everything from looking too "vanilla". You could use whatever color you wished then.
