We have medium oak cabinetry in our rec room bar and are adding a glass tile, stone, and metallic backsplash. I am wondering whether we should select something that is similar in color to the cabinetry, or something that is lighter and more contrasing. I really like the darker one, but am afraid there should be more contrast between the cabinetry and the backsplash. Either will look with the counter top.
