Of course! Great light, good for reading. My dorm at boarding school had virtually the same layout and I loved both the light and the view of nature beyond. It can be important to consider the level of light in choosing a table/counter top. Too much glare works against practical use, so steer clear of very light, reflective surfaces. Nice room ;-)
