The seaside here has a variety of pebbles. Smooth rounded in whites and black. Put some in water and they look pink, tho dry they appear sandy coloured.

I have no idea how to display them. I'd like to put it on a coffee table or in a place where we can see, touch and feel them.

I thought of putting the stones on a crystal plate but stones and cut glass don't seem to gel. An opaque glass plate - but what colour considering there are black stones?
