My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How do you decide how to lay large tiles?

    The size of the shower is approximately 4.5' x 6.5'

    Have a 14x17 small den that transitions into a small breakfast area, then a kitchen (not sure on the other dimensions, but about 456sq ft total.) What size tile and pattern lay is best. Thinking about herringbone pattern.
