Anyone know how I sync the ideabook on my Houzz app so I can see it when looking at houzz in a reular web browser. I am logged in as the same user on both, and have hit the 'sync' button without any luck.

Sorry about that! First, make sure your app is up to date by checking for updates in the app store, then try restarting the app.

After you restart, try syncing one more time and let's see if that gets you sorted out. Hope that helps!

Hi Emily-Thanks for the reply. I did follow your suggestions, but unfortunately still no luck. Perhaps because I am using a iphone 4 (I do have the new OS-but I will check again to be sure there are not any new OS updates).

Hi Colleen, we have a similar sounding issue right now in our current release. We are working on a fix and hope to get it out as soon as possible. That restart above is a work around fixing it for most folks in the meantime, but I will sound the alarm as soon as the bug fix is out. Thank you so much for your patience!
