Are drapes on the short rods using a width and a half of fabric?
What is standard for a rod about 24" minimum?

These draperies are 1 1/2 widths per side. These rods are 24", which worked in the scale of this room. However many times we make the short rods around 18", depending in the configuration of the window. They usually do no look right if they get less than around 15".
