We have a new plan that has an area off the kitchen to use as a staging area or private utility area for coffee pot, etc. It has cabinets and countertop and is seperate from the storage pantry area. It's not a butlers pantry as it doesnt connect the kitchen and dining areas as a pass through. It is intended to help keep the main kitchen area tidy and organized on a daily basis as well as when serving guests.
In marketing this home I have become stumped as to what this area would be called! Any ideas to make it easily understood in marketing materials?
