Houzz hasn't worked properly on my Mac for at least eight months. I can't add photos, and the program chugs along so tooth-gnashingly slowly, even browsing / curating my photo collection has become a blood-pressure-raising experience. When the program acts as though it will acquiesce to letting me add a photo, it won't let me add a note to accompany the photo... and then the photo doesn't appear in my history, anyway. The full-screen function doesn't work... photos don't enlarge at all. The whole experience has gotten worse and worse. I've tried Firefox and Safari, both browsers that Houzz claims to support, but the problems remain. I used to ADORE Houzz. Reading a new post was a treat, a highlight of my day. Now it's a source of frustration, and I can't understand why management doesn't address the problems! My software is up-to-date, I subscribe to AT&T's highest signal speed, I've cut off the ad-blockers while on the Houzz page, and I live with a computer technician. The problem is NOT on this end.

I reported this problem but still unsolved. Would appreciate a quick action to remedy this problem
