The decking is high pressure-treated premium-grade wood... given the grading of the lot (positioning the deck high off the ground off the second level) we were able to use genuine wood. If your deck is set on ground level, we recommend Trex or Ipe or some sort of composite to prevent wood rot and extend the life of your deck. If you still want the stain, let me know. Thanks.
