I am looking for a neat way to keep footprints off a kick area at a kitchen counter bar. I have 2 stools at the bar and a plain white "island". It already has tons of scuff marks on it! I thought of attaching bead board but that seems so boring. I have a contemporary kitchen. (dark cabinets with silver handles and a black granite countertop with speckles.) Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
