I'm in the midst of re-doing our kitchen (have yet to hire someone, but when we do, I'm prepared!!). What are the rules surrounding kitchen sink and faucet and whether they have to match the prep/island sink and faucet. They will be almost parallel to each other. Looking at light painted maple shaker cabinets, cadbury wood floors and yet to be determined quartz counter. I think it's silly if the faucets match, but do they need come from the same line/manufacturer? I like the silgranite sinks, but not sure if it's silly to do that in the island to make the sink disapprear a bit more. Thoughts appreciated! Thanks
