Looking great, I would replace the vertical blinds and add an area rug and coffee table in the main seating area.

I agree that an area rug would warm up the space. If you are wanting to keep the room monochromatic a pattern rug in greys and off whites would look good. I think the window at the back would look great framed with dark rich grey drapes. I think a chrome and glass coffee table would look nice an airy and tie in with your furniture. Perhaps a sculpture on the fireplace wall could be an option. If your looking to add more color then a colorful area rug and art would be a good jumping off point to add some color to your space and then pick colors from that for throw cushions and drapes etc. Best of luck !

If you want your room to feel warm and inviting, you need to add some bright colors to offset all the white, gray and black. As it is, it's what a dog would see being that they can't see color.

Put up some art with some bright reds, oranges, yellows, greens and blues in them to give the eye something to excite it. You could put a bright picture hung in portrait orientation on the black space next to the TV.

A monochromatic room can be stunning not bland at all. Adding contrast with layers of textures and materials is key. Unexpected combinations of plush materials, satiny textures and reflective elements create visual interest—all while staying true to a single color palette.
You do not need to add alot of color unless YOU want to inject more color.
