My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dear Charlie, This home is STUNNING. We are renovating an old home in Philadelphia, and we are replacing/painting the exterior shingles. Would you mind sharing the paint color on these shingles? I would like to use the same color, if possible.

    Thank you for the kind words. This was a blend of two stains by Cabbot's. It was four years ago, so I don't remember what the percentages were - we mixed them on site.

    Both colors are semi transparent - Dune Gray and Beechwood Gray.
