The light over the table is perfect. Do you know where it is from?

The colors and style are very similar to our kitchen that we redid last winter. White cabinets, dark table, similar granite, almost identical backsplash, brown pendants... We've been looking for a light for the table ever since and this one is perfect. Thanks
