Sears outlet for appliances?

We are considering buying our new stainless steel French door fridge from Sears outlet. It is a new appliance with a scratch on the side which will be covered by our cabinets. Anyone have any good or bad experiences with a Sears outlet purchase before? Does Sears service these products? Thank you in advance!!

we have an outlet by us, but when I purchased my appliances I went to HHgregg. I had heard a couple bad stories about the outlet and didnt want to deal with hassles. HHGREGG delivery people were super nice.
