My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Carol, this chandelier was made by hand by a mnf. in Mainland Mexico. It is actually an antique. But, the good news is, there are lighting mnf. in the US that can reproduce an item like this. I am not sure of the cost, but it is something that can be expired.
