Help picking whites for trim and ceiling

Hi!
I need to pick the white for our ceiling in a number of rooms, and I know that this will interact with the trim color as well, so I am trying to nail them both down at once to make sure they go well together. We haven't picked out the colors for each room, but we have a black/gray/white palette with different accents in various rooms. The only colors that we have actually decided for wall colors are gray, black and fuchsia (accent wall). We are likely to have wallpaper on some other walls, and possibly turquoise and purple. The hallways will be a light gray. We also have crown molding on almost all walls. As of now, we are not trying to paint the ceilings to match the walls.

Any suggestions for how we should paint the ceiling/trim? From what I can gather from other sites and threads, I should do a semigloss on the trim, and flat paint on the ceiling. Should I do a very white white on the trim and a slightly gray-ish white on the ceiling? I would like some contrast between the trim and ceiling, but not sure how they exactly go together.

Suggestions welcome. (I am loving Benjamin Moore colors)
