My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Entry door and wood floor material and finish

It is a spectacular estate. Great job and finishes. I am interested in the wood floor material as well as the color. The entry door looks custom. Is it iron? Can you give me the company or person that made it. Thanks.

    The wood floor is a pre-manufactured tinted maple floor. The front door was custom designed, it is steel and glass, the steel has a hammertone dark bronze finish. It was designed by Kendle Design Collaborative and fabricated by a local custom metal fabricator called Bluewater Furnishings.
