My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Well, I'm such a goof ball. I failed to say that my question was regarding the floor which appears to me to be a beautifully stained concrete. I thought it might be the Golden Wheat or Malay Tan by Kemiko. It's a great mistake though because I love the colors with the floor and appreciate knowing what works so well together!

    This is the most beautiful stained concrete floor I've seen, in a beautiful room. Well done! Any word on which stain or combination of stains was used? I also suspected either Golden Wheat or Malay Tan by Kemiko, but I have noticed that some of the best looking floors use a combination of stain colors.
