It sounds like you need to hire a professional as that is a lot of space to work through. Maybe to start, try creating an Idea Book on Houzz for each area by searching with keywords like... "modern playrooms" etc. Do this for all the rooms. This way you will start to work out your likes and dislikes in the process, which is important whether you hire a professional or not. This would give them guidance and make the process easier and more fun.

I'd paint the door black & add more brass tones, not just the handle but a door knocker and kick plate to the bottom of door. Your house is beautifully symmetrical. Do not fight this symmetry. It needs a bit more landscaping. It is often more united (cohesive) to begin the color choices at the outside of the house and continue them for the exterior. Keep thinking "black and white". Photo #3 this a gorgeous staircase, railings, curved upper landing, carpeting seems gray. Gray carpeting is a good neutral color, although an off-white-taupe might have blended with the wood better. Cannot see flooring of entry nor ceiling fixture. I do not like the red walls. The red paint / wallpaper is fighting with the red of the wood. I'd paint white, note, too how beautiful the palms look in this photo link. The stair's wood is similar to yours the walls are white-off-white. If there is enough room, round tables are often used in an entry today I would not place art on the stair walls as they are not so tall, I would place art on the upper landing only to draw eyes upward. Photo #4, the kitchen is primarily cabinets (lucky you for all that cabinet space!). The cabinets, flooring & door trim are the same wood tones. It's a beautiful look, but somewhat dark. continued I'd take a light color from the tiles and paint the soffit area a very light. That will help lighten this area. Under cabinet lighting will brighten things, too. The ceiling light would be better replaced by 8 to 9 recessed lights for more light. I would not put a fancy drop ceiling fixture here. It would look nice for a time, but you'll be spending a lot of time cleaning it from kitchen steam and grease.
