Been there done that, just one month ago. I thought it would be an adventure and it actually was pretty tough.

We put all appliances in the same place except the fridge. We set up our kitchen in the master bedroom. We used a long sofa table the we covered for a counter. This is the most important. We had a micro on a cheap metal shelve we bought with appreciate plates and microwave safe dishes. We bought a dish drainer and put it down in a square bucket to catch drain water. We bought cheap plastic shelving for a small amount of boxed food and breads. We had a toaster on one shelf and a coffee maker on the top shelf. That was our kitchen. If we couldn't microwave it or toast it, we didn't buy it. We went to Costco and bought lots of their refrigerator soups and got very creative by adding roasted chicken and veggies to it. We BBQ'd outside ( we live in CA) and had unseasonably warm weather. Toast or cereal for breakfast and sandwiches or soup for lunch. I got good a microwaving scrambled eggs and we made toaster breakfast sandwiches. We washed dishes immediately and put it in the strainer to dry and put away. It was an interesting few months, but we did just fine. Some days we just ordered in.
