What should we think?
Those Realestate agents work on the same territory.
One says the potential Owner will have to realise that the house is located on a lot that is almost located in the city center, very close from 2 major highways, no neighbors on 2 sides on a wood lot. The other agent says he evaluated according to recent sales in the area.
What is your opinion?
