Could you please tell me what material and color is used for the countertop? Also, do you think Artistic Tile Chrysanthemum would be a good choice for a backsplash in this kitchen? Thanks.

The counters look like a honed Cararra marble. That pattern from Artistic tile would make a beautiful statement!

Thank you Rebekah! What are your thoughts on marble for a kitchen counter? I love the look but wonder about chips, stains and scratches. If maintained peoperly do you think it is okay to use for a counter? Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in response, but this kitchen counter is actually Calacutta honed marble. It definitely can stain because the stone is more porous than granite. It does well if you keep it sealed and protected. The sealer should be applied several times a year. It does not scratch or chip easily.

Thank you for your question. The backsplash is the Sinuous pattern in Calacatta Gold from our Musee collection. Chrysanthemum would make a fantastic backsplash!
