ground cover and plant names

By any chance do you have the names of these plants? I live in north van and am looking for interesting ways to plant. The ground cover in the centre of the picture is particularly nice! Is your yard relatively well drained?

Hi Norm, I'm sorry I missed your question! The green ground cover is baby's tears. It does well in a shade or part shade exposure. The front of the border is planted with golden oxalis. The grass on the left is Hakonechloa macro 'Allgold'. The grass on the right is an evergreen Carex. One of the hostas is called 'Sunpower... I don't have the other ones marked down but you could stick with the golden variegated ones. I have planted a small rhododendron in behind the baby's tears. There is also Tricyrtis hirta (toad lily) planted in the far left back....There's a fern called Onoclea sensibilis (Sensitive fern) behind the Hakonechloa 'Allgold'. To the left of the Rhododendron in the back row is Acanthus mollis. The shrub on the far right by the tree trucks is Cornus alba 'Elegantissima' and there is a small lime green shrub to the left of it call Choisya ternata 'Sundance'. I hope this helps!
