My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The fireplace material is cold rolled steel with an acid induced patina and wax sacrificial coat seal.

    We had a local master concrete and metal craftsman [read alchemist / magician] make this surround. The gent's name? Tyler Blaine of The Modern Craftsman.
