My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the colors used on the exterior of the house? They are beautiful rich colors.

      The only color that we introduced was 'tea kettle black'. The tan and cream colors were existing and thus we just had our paint shop computer match and mix these paints.

      As I recall, the color looks like very dark navy blue, though in some light it looks black. The name of the Benjamin Moore colors can be misleading - I mean, what color is 'Elephant's Tongue'?

      Ralph Lauren makes a "Tea Kettle Black." The closest BM color would be "Midnight Dream." Looks black to me.
