Yes, that is a spray hose, since this sink style cannot accommodate a spray.

This is a salvage farm house sink, I imagine it will be difficult to find one exactly like it new. With respect to the side spray that is mounted on the countertop to the left of the sink - this is controlled by the faucet behind it, also mounted on the countertop. These faucets are from Rohl's Country Home line and it should be noted that special accommodation needs to be made in the cabinet to the left of the sink to pull off a sprayer in this location.

I cannot find a stand alone Rohl sprayer and small faucet on their website or any website for that matter that looks like this. By any chance do you have an exact model of the Rohl sprayer and small Rohl lever control in use here as I would like to install exactly this arrangement to complement my wall mounted faucet?

Did you find the Rohl model numbers for the side spray components and controller?
