We are planing to re-do our kitchen, knock down the wall and extend,add an island with a 6 burner stove top, double ovens on the wall. I really like the butcher block counter tops but with the cabinets and the flooring already being wood, do we paint the cabinets? Or do we do the island butcher block and the rest other material? If we paint, what color? We like our yellow walls and would like to keep the color.
