Recently bought a house with an old kitchen, but the owners had replaced the wall oven and cooktop -- they are Thermador brand. I believe they are at least 5-6 years old. I am about to redo the kitchen and love the appliances, but have been told by a kitchen designer that I should not design a kitchen around them, as they are at the end of their life! For what these appliances cost, I am finding this hard to believe. Please advise, anyone.
