Cleaning quartz

I got some flowers that came in a paper wrapping. Apparently the paper bled on the counter. Now u can't get the stain from the paper color out. Any suggestions?

    I want to double-check the idea of a gray quartz countertop with cranberry red walls and multi-colored pendants above the island. They would be red, burnt orange, gold, and a muted green? Is this color scheme correct?
