My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

May I ask the type of fabric used and the color of the fabric? Oh and the finish at the top. They look so simple but so elegant. Thank you for your help.

    So glad you like these window treatments. They are actually a faux silk and were custom made.

    Oh, I forgot, they are pinch pleated at the top and hung on a decorative rod. The color is aqua and unfortunately the fabric has been discontinued.
