Funny you should mention about items in trash heaps in this photo. I actually found a breur chair exactly like the one in this photo with the chrome and the leather seat out for trash in front of someone's house. I passed it, thought it looked cool, pulled a U turn, grabbed it, cleaned it up, and now it's being used in my office while I sit on it typing this email. I love being able to grab stuff clean it up and display it in my house. I hit yardsales and antique markets when ever I can to add to my decor style. My home decor style is definitely salvaged and reused. Nice to see someone else who shares my passion for salvaged decor.
