My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The yellow in the dining room is Benjamin Moore, HC-12. The green is HC-113 Louisburg Green. Trim is Benjamin Moore Decorator White. The loveseat/sofa is a piece from Pottery Barn. I believe it is the Walnut Twill upholstery, but it has been a while so I am not sure if they have revamped their colors and styles since then.
