I would like to know the Jet Black crystal chandelier h30 x w 24 and how can I get the lightbulbs or where.

Hi ! The weight of this item is approx 24 lbs. The item uses (5) 40 watt candelabra bulbs which you can get at any local hardware or home improvement store. These types of bulbs are also sold online.

can a longer chain be requested? I am thinking about purchasing this for a stairwell but it would not be hardwired in the ceiling directly above it...I have a light source a few feet away that it would be wired to and then mounted to hang more in the center of the stairway. i just want to make sure before I purchase the item I would actually be able to hang it. Thanks...I also have the same question for the larger version of this (37" x 26" $297 chandelier) since these are what I am debating between
