My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This floor lamp is called the "Twiggy" there are a number of retailers who sell this item. It can also be purchased on line, through Ylighting, HiveModern, AllModern, Lumens.... and many more. We love this light, also available in black, white, gray and yellow.. they also have table lamp and wall sconce versions of the design.
