My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This fixture takes 3-Medium Base (A19) bulbs. This is the standard socket that both Flourescent and LED replacement bulbs are made for. Lighting Science makes a really good LED option. It takes 13.5-watts and is a 75-watt equivalent. The CRI is over 80 and they come in both 2700K and 3000K
