Recently completed a refacing project to update a kitchen in Tampa. The new cabinet doors are select white maple stained in cordovan with a chocolate glaze. Crown molding and end shelves were also added.

    They look beautiful! Love the chocolatey stain and the blue walls-yummy! We are considering refacing cabs in a mid-century mod house we have a contract on--or re painting. Did you have this done professionally? If so did you price different options such as replacing v painting/restaining v resurfacing? If so what were the cost differences? Did you also have new hinges or slides and pullout drawers?
    I've attached photos of th.en1950/ maple cabinets were working with. Solid wood and very old school.

    This was professionally refaced by Kitchen Tune-Up. We prefer refacing to painting to maintain a flawless factory finish. Paint is hard to keep consistent and if not done properly, will flake and peel.
