Q What colours would be recommended in our very open plan under construction cottage?
We are almost finished building a cottage on the Canadian Shield. It has 2 levels, Bed room wing and living areas split by a 3' rise creating an 11' ceiling sloping up to BR wing. Ceiling is wood and the floor will be laminate wood. Ceiling is lighter clear sealed pine (installed) and the floor has yet to be chosen. Kitchen is open to LR and likely darker wood cabinetry.
At this point furniture will be neutral. Corner fireplace has not had a skin chosen. Trim is white. South wall is all windows.
