Perfect! A great room! Dimensions and ceiling height, please?

This is exact placement of window and bath/closet/hall doors that are planned for my son's room. I want to know if this play loft is possible for us. Room will be 12'-0"w x 16'-0"l with 10'-4" ceiling.

Hello. The room is 14' - 7 1/2" (from wall at bed to bathroom wall) x 16'- 3 1/2" (from the doorway to the windows). The ceiling is 9' (where the blue ceiling color starts) with the slope at 8:12. Good luck with your project!
