We are in the process of building a new house. I'm looking for a unique modern way to finish the wall in the great room that has the fireplace and tv as shown. The fireplace I have put in is a 6 foot Heat and Glo beautiful linear fireplace and not as shown in this google sketch up drawing. Any ideas? I don't want to finish with rock and would prefer a sleep modern look. Granite is too pricy for this project. I have included a picture of an idea I love but not sure how this was created.
